Your services appear to be ideal for my project. What's the best way for me to sign up?
If it is a straightforward project, we can typically provide a quote ASAP (within 1 business day). From there, we’ll need your audio or video to transcribe as well as complete billing information.
We use our patented process that includes all the necessary steps for successful outcomes: discovery call and short exploration phase; cost estimate with contract followed by kickoff calls with teams once the paperwork is finalized!
What are the cost of services?
Our pricing structures are designed to be industry-competitive, transparent, and fair.
For projects or one-time transcription (a single project), rates range from $2.49 up to $3.49 per minute depending on the number of speakers and level of quality assurance requested for that specific job order – Volume discounts may also apply!
If you require certified legal transcripts, we offer different dynamic billing options $30/man hour or $300-$350/audio hour.

What are the procedures for account management?
At Toledo Transcription, we believe that the right staff is key to delivering accurate and timely transcription.
After an initial needs assessment of your project or client, our Client Service Manager will allocate a team with years’ worth of relevant experience for each task at hand; from general transcribing skills to proficiency in legal terminology.
A typical client team will include a Client Service Manager (CSM), 1-3 (or more) Transcriptionists, and a Quality Assurance Lead.

How long does it take to process files?
The process of uploading, conversion and printing can take anywhere from 24 hours (or sooner) up to a week! That’s why we make it easy by offering fast turnaround times. We have a predetermined service level agreement for any project or account that is too complex for an off-hand estimation.
How can you guarantee customer satisfaction?
We are committed to providing you with the best quality transcribed files possible. How do we ensure this? By utilizing US-based transcriptionists who have years of experience and are highly skilled at their craft and advanced measures for ensuring accuracy.
Do you offer legal transcription services?
We make sure that court transcripts and other legal items are accurate to the last detail. This includes a certification statement as well as an additional layer of full-document quality assurance for every transcript we produce.
Do you have timestamps available?
Yes, we offer a variety of audio editing features including live trimming and automatic time stamps. Our pricing is competitive with the industry standards at $0.20 per minute.
Is Toledo Transcription providing foreign language services?
We provide translation services and can accommodate requests for audio/video transcription or translator work in Spanish.
